Carbon sequestration through reforestation is most successful when the cycle of growth is continued by harvesting the mature stand and growing another rotation of trees built from ambient CO2.

Returning under-utilized land to production of crops that sequester carbon.

Global deforestation has left the opportunity to restore many of those ravaged areas to health and productivity. Using the Landowner Investment Partnership business plan, forestry plantations will be established on under-utilized land.

Plantations will be established and maintained in the local economy and closely managed for optimum production.

At harvest, the plantation will be marketed globally where it will have a greater return. The landowner will not only maintain his yearly income from the property, but he will also share in the profits at the marketing stage.

A profitable harvest will lead to continued reforestation promoting increased sequestration of carbon.
