The Gound Up
Entering into long-term lease contracts directly with private landowners allows large tracts of land to be reforested and maintained at a profit for the landowner, corporation and investors as well as sequestering tons of greenhouse gases.

Reforestation
Carbon sequestration through reforestation is most successful when the cycle of growth is continued by harvesting the mature stand and growing another rotation of trees built from ambient CO2.

Without Legislative Reform

The positive and negative aspects of dealing with any government are usually the same, they are full of politicians and bureaucrats. In many countries, they are genuinely concerned, serving their people, and welcoming investments that improve their economies. Most countries already have adequate laws to manage commerce and uphold contracts, even on the scale of business this will entail. (If they don't, we won't go there.)

We bring to this and every other endeavor, our commitment to legal and lawful contracting. By doing business directly with Private Landowners within the existing legal system, no additional government support is necessary. International Treaties, National Mandates and Economic Reforms are expensive to negotiate and slow to implement. However, private enterprise is able to respond with speed to healthy economic opportunities. When the occasion does arise that allows us to assist their Natural Resource Departments, we are not strangers to Official Protocol.

In the United States, we have worked with the Army, Army Corps of Engineers, Navy, DOE, National Park Service, National Forest Service, Natural Resource Conservation Service, numerous State Forestry Services, and several County Water Authorities. We are accustomed to working with expectations of superior results.
